Each year, more than 250 BBQ teams from near and far assemble on the banks of the Mississippi River to take their shot at the title. The Cattlemen’s® hospitality tent is at the center of the BBQ buzz, hosting more than 80 foodservice professionals. The French’s Food Company’s Foodservice Culinary Director, Chef Trip Kadey, treats our guests to three nights of outstanding BBQ dinners, showcasing everything from traditional, to farm-to-fork, to global BBQ applications—all featuring Cattlemen’s® BBQ Sauces.
